The thick cut beef tongue is grilled robustly on an iron plate and is prepared by hand-cutting each piece in the restaurant. The chewy texture and overflowing meat juices are simply blissful! It pairs perfectly with alcohol!
The proud course available at all three Kotetsu locations is the food-only course ¥4000/5000/6000! *All-you-can-drink can be added for ¥1500 or ¥2000.
We procure high-quality cuts in bulk and prepare them in-house, allowing us to offer them at a reasonable price. Please ask the staff about the specific cuts available today, such as upper rib, inner thigh, and sirloin.
