Variety/Charello Region/Spain - Penedes Sparkling wine made using the same method as Champagne, with a longer aging of 30 months, allowing for fine, silky bubbles to be enjoyed.

Variety/Riesling Region/Germany - Mosel. The Thomas Balthen vineyard is small at 5.5 hectares, but they carefully cultivate the grapes and harvest at the best timing. They prefer a gentle acidity and produce wines with clear aromas and fruitiness.

Variety/Verdejo Region/Spain-Castile and Leon. Rodriguez Sanso is a winery with a long history, established in 1810 in the Rueda region of Spain, boasting over 200 years of tradition. The vineyards experience a temperature difference of up to 25°C between day and night, which gives the wine a balance of aroma, acidity, and sweetness.

Variety/Chardonnay Region/United States, California Grapes are harvested at the right timing from various vineyards in California and blended for fermentation. By using grapes from different regions, you can enjoy complexity and a variety of aromas.

Variety/Cabernet Sauvignon Region/France Bordeaux The chateau is located 3 kilometers from the Gironde River and is positively influenced by the river. The harvested grapes are carefully checked, and only high-quality grapes are used to make the wine. It has a flavor where nuances of dark fruits blend well with the aroma of the barrel.

Maruki Wine is the oldest existing winery in Japan, located in Katsunuma, Yamanashi. It offers a refreshing and crisp acidity with a delightful fruitiness, made from a blend of Delaware and Koshu grapes.

Kanda Vineyard variety: Niagara region: Iwate, Rikuzentakata. This dry white wine is characterized by its impressive sweet and fruity aroma typical of Niagara. It is a blend of grapes from our own vineyard and grapes from contracted farmers, featuring a refreshing taste.

Shiwa Fruit Park variety: Riesling Lion region: Iwate, Shiwa 'We want to make wine with the grapes from our town.' This wine was born from the wishes of grape farmers in Shiwa Town, Iwate Prefecture. It has a refreshing and crisp taste.

Chateau de la Loire variety - Chenin Blanc region - France - A rich aroma of apples and pears. A rich fruit flavor reminiscent of honeyed apples, gentle acidity from long aging, and fine bubbles make this a pleasant sparkling wine.

Project of Vine variety - Glera region - Italy - Veneto. Valdobbiadene boasts the highest quality grapes in Prosecco. It has a refined floral aroma with pleasant fruit flavors of green apple and peach that spread throughout the mouth.

Enguera variety - Chardonnay, region - Spain - Valencia. This Brut Nature, crafted with confidence using dedicated organic farming methods, showcases the essence of Enguera. It is characterized by a very dry and rich flavor.

Variety: Pinot Noir Region: Spain, Penedes This wine, made exclusively from grapes from our own vineyards, is rare in Cava. It features fine bubbles developed through long bottle aging and offers aromas of strawberry and cherry, making it a delightful rosé sparkling wine.

Variety: Chardonnay Region: Germany, Pfalz The winery is managed by Japanese winemaker Chie Sakata, who is responsible for almost all the wines produced. This wine, aged in stainless steel tanks, has a refreshing quality and is a beautiful Chardonnay.

Variety: Chardonnay Region: France, Languedoc. Foncalieu is a producer cooperative established in 1967, consisting of 650 growers. When tasted, the aroma of peach and pear spreads throughout the mouth, and a pleasant mineral sensation can also be enjoyed.

Golan Heights region, Chardonnay region, Israel, Golan Heights, a country that started making wine the earliest in the world, rich in tropical fruit aromas and a full-bodied, rich taste.

Dr. Wagner variety; Riesling region; Germany; Mosel. Established in 1880, this historic winery has a cellar that has been in use since its inception. The wine is a perfect example of Riesling, showcasing beautiful acidity and vibrant minerality.

Agusti Torello variety, Charello Belmer region, Spain, Penedes. Agusti Torello is a winery located in Penedes, famous for Cava. This wine is made from the organically grown local variety Charello Belmer and harmonizes with a variety of dishes from appetizers to main courses.

Justan Girardin Variety: Pinot Noir Region: Burgundy, Santenay His philosophy is 'to cultivate grapes with passion and respect for nature.' He values this greatly and spends most of the year in the vineyard. The wine produced is rustic and expresses the flavors of the land.

Francois Daren variety - Pinot Noir region - Burgundy - Rully. A soothing Burgundy that reflects the personality of the winemaker, this beautiful wine with gentle pure fruit flavors and a lovely acidity brings a happy feeling to those who drink it, offering a rich and flavorful experience.

Friedrich Becker variety - Pinot Noir region - Germany - A cute label featuring a fox from Pfalz, Germany's top producer of Pinot Noir. His wines were served at the 2008 Lake Toya Summit. This is an excellent Pinot Noir that rivals those from Burgundy.

689 Cellars Variety: Pinot Noir Region: Germany, Pfalz This wine is made using grapes from cool regions suitable for Pinot Noir, such as Monterey, Sonoma, and Mendocino. The taste is rich and full of fruity Pinot Noir.

Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon Region: France, Bordeaux Rich aromas of dark cherry and berry with hints of spice, a full-bodied fruitiness framed by fine tannins, making it a substantial Bordeaux wine.

Variety: Merlot Region: Italy, Tuscany A wine crafted using traditional large barrels from grapes sourced from an excellent terroir, resulting in a classic and natural wine. It offers flavors of red fruits with a soft mouthfeel and a long finish.

Variety: Grenache Region: France, Côtes du Rhône The aroma attack is very glamorous and deep, with refreshing scents of ripe berries and mint. Fresh fruit spreads in the mouth, leaving a strong impression of concentration and richness.

Delheim variety - Pinotage region - South Africa - Stellenbosch. Established in 1949, this winery operates with consideration for the environment and serves as a model winery in South Africa. The taste is deep with a long finish, overflowing with the flavors of spices and dark fruits.

Variety: Barbera Region: Italy, Piedmont. A pale, beautiful ruby color with a bright and vibrant aroma that matches its hue. Enjoy the simple and unpretentious taste of fruit. The attack features aromas of raspberry and cherry, followed by hints of bitter chocolate.

Farnetini variety - Montepulciano region - Italy - Abruzzo. A luxurious production that leaves only 2 bunches of grapes from old vines, aged for 3 years in a Japanese warehouse to let many people know the charm of matured wine, characterized by a smooth and long-lasting taste after 3 years of aging.

Bogle variety - Zinfandel region - California - Napa Essential Red is a wine made by blending Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah, featuring aromas of well-ripened dark fruits with a hint of vanilla from the barrels.
