After working as a primo pizzaiolo at a famous Neapolitan pizzeria in Kansai, he went to Naples, Italy, where he further honed his skills in an authentic oven and became one of the few pizza craftsmen certified by the Italian government's 'True Neapolitan Pizza Association (VERA PIZZA)'. Upon returning to Japan, he confidently opened his business in Itami.

When poured into a glass, it has fine, persistent bubbles. The fruit aroma is strong, and the bouquet is delicate and elegant. A pleasant bitterness is felt in the aftertaste.
[Lombardy / Dry White Wine Varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Bianco] The standard type from Monte Rossa is aged for about 24 months, compared to the legal aging period of 18 months for Franciacorta. It has a glamorous aroma and a deep flavor.
