Fresh oysters from Hokkaido that change weekly. We mainly source from places like Senpouji, Akkeshi, Saroma, and Mori. Please enjoy them with ponzu sauce, lemon, or your favorite condiments. Tabasco is also recommended.
The oysters, heated thoroughly over charcoal until bubbling, are concentrated in flavor. Our restaurant serves oysters that are meant for raw consumption, heated and provided to you.
