By incorporating a special fryer that generates far infrared rays and utilizing the effects of negative ions, we have succeeded in creating a healthy tempura that significantly reduces calories and oil content, which was not possible with conventional methods.

After spending an enormous amount of time and going through trial and error, we have finally arrived at this completely original blend that is not available to the public.

The tea we serve at our shop is actually a carefully selected oolong tea. After eating tempura, drink this oolong tea, which is excellent at breaking down oil, and feel refreshed from within.
