This restaurant creates an unusual atmosphere in a quiet residential area in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture. The owner, Kimio Igarashi, trained at a famous kappo restaurant in Kyoto after graduating from university, and opened a restaurant in front of a station in Koriyama City, which he had no connection to. It has not been a smooth road to get there, but rather a process of repeated trial and error. We hope you will taste the dishes that are the fruit of his hard work and dedication.

ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบมีอาหารที่เต็มไปด้วยบรรยากาศของฤดูกาล ทำให้รู้สึกตื่นเต้น ซุปเต้าหู้เย็นมีความหวานของข้าวโพดผสมผสานกันอย่างลงตัวและมีรสชาติที่นุ่มนวล ปลาไหลที่ย่างด้วยถ่านเบนโจ ปลาแฮร์ริ่งจากชายฝั่งโทคิวและปลาปักเป้าที่หมักด้วยสาหร่ายต่างก็ทำให้รสชาติของอาหารทะเลโดดเด่นมาก ขนมจากไข่ปลาที่ทำเองและเต้าหู้งาอบก็สร้างความประทับใจให้กับผู้รับประทาน เมนูจากวัวไซอุเมะก็มีคุณภาพสูง และสามารถเพลิดเพลินไปกับรสชาติในห้องส่วนตัวที่เงียบสงบ การจัดจานที่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และการใช้ไอศกรีมในการนำเสนอทำให้ดูสวยงาม รวมกับการบริการที่ใส่ใจทำให้สามารถใช้เวลาที่น่าพอใจได้
