Jiro at its best. The attraction to eat is fun, such as responding to the owner's call while standing in line. The owner is really eager to have you eat his ramen. The inside of the restaurant is clean, but be careful not to get the distinctive smell on your clothes. It is more like udon than ramen. It looks like Ise udon. I guess they can't finish their meal if they don't, because many of the gentlemen were eating it at a very high rate. I ordered oomori, but I couldn't eat it even after 20 minutes, so I left it behind.
