A pure rice sake made from Kizuru's unique sake rice 'Rousui Kissui' with a polishing ratio of 60%. Brewed by craftsmen who are involved in everything from rice cultivation to sake brewing, it offers a good balance of umami and acidity, with a slightly rich depth and lingering finish.
Junmai Nama Sake made from the legendary sake rice Kame no O, with a polishing ratio of 60%. It has a gentle and mild flavor with a clean, slightly dry taste.
Made from the Yama Nishiki rice from the rice-producing region of Shonai, with a polishing ratio of 50%. It has been aged in a refrigerated environment for 3 years. It has a smooth mouthfeel with a slowly spreading umami, yet a crisp aftertaste.
