Grilled sweetfish (summer), grilled mountain trout (year-round), grilled river trout (year-round). We will take it out of the fish tank after receiving your order and grill it over charcoal (takes about 20 minutes).
Enjoying the tradition of hand-made soba made from natural ingredients that are always safe. You can enjoy freshly made soba noodles at our shop (we make soba noodles 2-3 times a day). We use 100% domestically produced soba flour, carefully selected high-quality soba flour mainly from Hokkaido (Asahikawa). We make soba noodles with water from Mt. Mitake and nearby mountains. Our broth is made with natural kombu and Satsuma bonito flakes. We serve tempura with wild mountain vegetables (such as butterbur sprouts, bracken, warabi, and udo) according to the season. We also offer delicious fish dishes caught in clear streams (according to the season).
