This is a full-course meal that offers the tastes of Akita in abundance, including seasonal fish, kiritanpo, grouper, and Hinai Jidori chicken.
These dishes are prepared using seasonal delicacies from the mountains and the sea. The dishes are plentiful and satisfying. The owner will prepare dishes that will add color to your banquet, centering on seasonal Akita ingredients (Japanese black beef, wild game, seasonal seafood, wild vegetables, etc.).
This course features the best fresh fish, including nodokuro (red sea bass) caught off the coast of Akita, black abalone from Oga, and anglerfish. The owner of the restaurant will prepare dishes that will add color to your banquet, centering on seasonal ingredients from Akita.
