We are meticulous about every step from procurement to storage, preparation, and cooking, resulting in an unparalleled delicacy. The breadcrumbs are sourced from the famous Tokyo breadcrumb specialty store 'Nakaya Breadcrumbs.' We use double the usual amount of breadcrumbs. Instead of vegetable oil, we use lard and fry it slowly for 15 minutes until it becomes white and fluffy!! Along with a crispy texture, the white coating melts in your mouth like snow. Inspired by the famous sesame mackerel from Hakata, fresh horse mackerel from Iki is generously coated with rich sesame sauce and served over steaming hot rice, making it a guaranteed delight. It's also the perfect accompaniment to sake, a final exquisite dish.

A set meal that includes three small bowls: a fresh sea urchin rice bowl delivered directly from ama divers, a traditional local dish 'uni-meshi', and a seafood bowl made with local catch. The seafood eaten with sea urchin soy sauce is exquisite.

This is an evolved version of shaved ice supervised by the Japanese sweets craftsman 'Yasumasa Era', who has supported the famous shop 'Shimura' in Mejiro, Tokyo for over 20 years and is one of the key figures in the shaved ice boom. We are pleased to offer this shaved ice, which has appeared on numerous television shows. The shaved ice made with homemade syrup is not too sweet and offers a refined taste.
