Namhae stone octopus. It is small but has a chewy and soft texture. It cannot be compared to the frozen octopus sashimi we have had so far.
We only handle fresh and high-quality groupers. Forget the taste of groupers you've had so far.
We do not use commercial seasoning. We directly marinate and make the sauce from the meat. A taste that adults and children both love.
