Café Cassiopeia collaborates with 'Yutorogi Coffee', a coffee roasting house located in Yoshino, Nara Prefecture, to offer specialty coffee. In particular, the 'Cassiopeia Blend (600 yen)' is made by grinding the beans after receiving an order and carefully hand-dripping each cup. This original blend from Café Cassiopeia aims to provide a moment of relaxation in our customers' daily lives. The Cassiopeia Blend is roasted to a medium level, and by extracting at high temperature for a short time, it achieves a clean and refreshing taste without any off-flavors. To fully enjoy the coffee's inherent floral aroma, it is recommended to first savor it black.
This is a blend of coffee beans from Yutori Coffee, primarily sourced from Brazil and Colombia, extracted using an espresso machine. A daily coffee that offers a rich flavor and a strong sense of oiliness. Drip bags are also available for sale.
