Specialty dish: Fuji Sakura Pork Miso Pickles, priced at 1260 yen per serving. The meat is finely textured, tender, and of good quality, with a taste that is second to none.
Specialty dish: Grilled rockfish with salt, 1 skewer for 840 yen (photo shows 3 servings). It has a light and mild taste, with flavor increasing as you chew.
Specialty dish: Koshu Minami Hoto, 1 serving for 892 yen. A perennially popular dish that remains as popular as ever. A must-try item. Definitely recommended as a souvenir!
