A local ham that luxuriously uses Kyushu pork raised at the foot of Unzen. It is said to be simply grilled and lightly sprinkled with soy sauce. It can be enjoyed deliciously as is, but cooking it enhances its juiciness.

The natural sweetness of the potatoes is enhanced by black pepper. It has a pleasant texture and pairs well with baguettes and meat dishes. The finely chopped smoked daikon adds a nice texture and saltiness as a perfect accent.
