A popular menu item at Isshindo, this dish features a soy-based broth made with bonito dashi and is generously filled with fresh, seasonal vegetables. The meat used is the flavorful offal from black-haired wagyu beef, resulting in a rich overall taste. However, when eaten with the vegetables, it is rich yet not overwhelming, making it surprisingly easy to enjoy. The soup, concentrated with the umami that seeps out from the fresh vegetables and the strong-flavored black-haired wagyu offal, is exquisite! Please be sure to try it at least once. *Orders are for two servings or more. *You can also choose between black-haired wagyu offal and freshly caught chicken for the meat.
