Yama-chan doesn't need sauce, does she? On this day, three of my partner's nephews came from Hiroshima! A junior high school student, a junior high school student, and a first grader. Until last year, the junior high school student was the only one... Two more at once... it's a lot of work... (sweat) Where do you want to go when you come from Osaka? When I ask him, "Where do you want to go when you come from Osaka? So the five of us went to USJ and had fun... What do you want to eat? I asked her, "Takoyaki (octopus dumplings) ！！！！". I guess when you come to Osaka, you have to have takoyaki, right? There is a takoyaki museum in City Walk. Kukuru Universal CityWalk OsakaTM Kougaryu Universal CityWalkTM Osaka Aizuya Universal CityWalk, Juhachiban Universal CityWalkTM Osaka, and here! The kids were fine with any of them, so we chose Yama-chan! I like this place the best out of all of them, and the caller did the best... We bought our meal tickets and took our turn in line. The menu is 6 takoyaki for 360 yen, 8 for 480 yen, 10 for 600 yen Plain, Sauce, Soy Sauce, Salt Yama-chan Premium 12 pieces 850 yen Yuzu salt ponzu 8 pieces 680 yen Akatako half set 580 yen Akashiyaki 8 pieces 600 yen Soft drinks 180 yen each Draft beer Super Dry (medium) 500 yen Draft beer on tap 250 yen Chu-hi (chu-hai) 450 yen It's hard to choose a lot, so everyone will have a half drink set of red octopus. It will take a little time to grill because it is for 5 people! It's interesting to watch and wait for the baking process in a daze! I forgot to mention that takoyaki is without sauce! Yama-chan's takoyaki is delicious without sauce! You can eat them well without sauce! Soft, fluffy and delicious! Akashiyaki is soft and tender, and it is warm and comforting when dipped in soup stock. My first grader has had Akashiyaki before, and he ate it well. but the second grader had never had it before and ate it without dipping. and one of them ate it without dipping... We all enjoyed eating the food while the Hiroshima dialect was flying around. The only negative point is that the drinks were too icy, but I like Yama-chan's takoyaki!
