This artisanal process allows us to craft using all five sources of bourbon flavor giving it its distinct taste and crisp, clean finish. Woodford Reserve isn't manufactured, it's crafted in small batches. This artisanal process allows us to craft using all five sources of bourbon flavor giving it its distinct taste and crisp, clean finish. Our grain recipe includes 18% rye, which is high for a bourbon. Rye is an expensive grain, but worth the investment as it allows our whiskey to have a spicy character. We use iron-free limestone filtered water, which is full of rich minerals that will become key in the following step as we continue into our special fermentation process. Our fermentation process is among the longest in the industry. It creates a great depth of character and a complex range of flavors. The perfectly balanced flavor of Woodford Reserve comes from a careful batching process of whiskey distilled in pot stills and whiskey distilled in column stills. No other whiskey can boast such a flavor combination. To qualify as bourbon, Woodford Reserve must be entered into new, charred, white oak barrels. That's why we build and char bourbon barrels at our very own cooperage. After filling, barrels are transferred to a heat-cycled warehouse until mature, where they are selected based on flavor, not age
Wild Turkey Rare Breed was upped in strength to 56.4% in 2015. Blended from barrels of six to 12-year-old bourbon and bottled at barrel proof with no added water, Rare Breed has a rich, yet mellow flavor despite its high alcohol content

TUACA is a striking blend of vanilla, distilled essences of Mediterranean citrus fruits and rich brandies. The original TUACA recipe was created more than 500 years ago, during the Italian Renaissance. Lorenzo de Medici, or Lorenzo the Magnificent as he was known, ruled Florence, Italy during this time. He assumed this responsibility from his father at the age of 20 and unlike many of his contemporaries, who favored war and bloodshed, Lorenzo respected the arts. He became a generous benefactor to the great artists of the period including Michelangelo, da Vinci and Botticelli. Knowing Lorenzo's appreciation for subtle brushstrokes and elegant composition in his art, an exquisite amber liqueur was blended as the perfect symbol of his patronage. The recipe was later rediscovered by brothers-in-law, Gaetano Tuoni and Giorgio Canepa, and became known as TUACA
