We layer raclette cheese on a hot plate and melt it in Mathilda's pizza oven. Enjoy it with 'Inca's Awakening' from Endo Farm. (Endo Farm is a local farmer. We have them plant the amount we use annually at two locations, and we source it throughout the year♪)
