This product combines homemade whole wheat thick noodles made with a dipping sauce with a sour seafood flavor and a recipe dreamed up by the shop owner. 750 yen (tax included)
Regular 200g 750 yen, Medium 300g 800 yen, Large 400g 850 yen, Extra Large 500g 900 yen (Only for Extra Large, you can refill the dipping sauce for an additional 50 yen.)
After finishing the noodles in tsukemen, you can mix chicken broth into the remaining dipping sauce and drink it diluted. Please feel free to ask the staff for it.
