Colour: Black; Body: Medium-Full; ABV: 5.0%; IBU: 32. Like a trip to the Islands! We take a classic British porter and infuse it with fresh coconut

Colour: Golden Amber; Body: Light-Medium; ABV: 5.2%; IBU: 52. Fragrant hops and fruity notes characterize this vibrant sessionable IPA

Colour: Unfiltered Straw With Orange Hues; Body: Medium; ABV: 5.0%; IBU: 18. Farmer's Tan is our authentic Belgian style white ale made with flaked wheat, a Belgian yeast strain, fresh coriander and orange peel. The Brewmaster's choice as our must-try beer, it's the ideal summertime refresher, easy-drinking with a big citrus kick

Colour: Pale Gold; Body: Medium; ABV: 5.0%; IBU: 40. Our version of a Czech pilsner raises the stakes by combining traditional Czech Saaz hops with German Sterling hops. The result is a big, full-bodied lager with a hoppy bite that's bitter but balanced

Colour: Golden Yellow; Body: Light-Medium; ABV: 5.0%; IBU: 15. Crisp, refreshing and easy drinking, all the things you want in a Blonde

Colour: Dark; Body: Medium; ABV: 5%; IBU: 23. Schwarzbier is a German style lager which got its name by its colour, i.e. black (Schwarz in German), though you won't ever find one that is truly black since the Germans sense of black, at least when it comes to beer, is rather faint. In North America this beer may also be called black pilsner, though this is misleading, since it has absolutely no pilsner characteristics. Malt clearly dominates both aroma and taste with some caramel notes, a hint of chocolate but no roastiness. Malt: 2-Row, Munich, CaraMunich, CaraAroma and Carafa Hops: Hallertauer Tradition and Hallertauer Mittelfrüh

Colour: Bright Golden Yellow; Body: Light-Medium; ABV: 5.0%; IBU: 40. One of only a handful of traditional German ales. Kölsch is the local brew of the city of Cologne (Köln in German). It is one of the palest German beers made. In 1948, the brewers of Kölsch joined forces in the so-called Kölsch Convention and formalized the Kölsch style in terms of modern brewing specifications. Kölsch gets its characteristic, slightly fruity flavor from its own special ale yeast, with which the brew is cool-fermented. The fermentation is followed by an extensive lagering period, which makes it somewhat of a hybrid between ale and lager

Colour: Hazy Amber; Body: Light-Medium; ABV: 5.8%; IBU: 70. This Hazy IPA is packed full of flavor. We took a juicy IPA and added a blend of passion fruit puree. Complex aromas of tropical fruit, slight citrus and prominent passion fruit. Lactose and Oats are added to create a very smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Strong flavors of passion fruit joined by subtle flavors of mango and citrus to create a unique and crushable IPA perfect for the summer

Colour: Light Copper; Body: Medium; ABV: 5.5%; IBU: 25. Small batches. Big bottles. A chance to satisfy our curiosity and yours - and when they're gone they're gone

Colour: Black; Body: Medium-Full; ABV: 11.5%; IBU: 60. The 2015 edition of Blue Monk Barley Wine aged for 3 months in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels

Colour: Brown; Body: Medium-Full; ABV: 9.5%; IBU: 65. The monk represents discipline, respect and morality but that doesn't mean he can't indulge in a holy brew now and then. Blue Monk Barley Wine is an English style strong ale characterized by an intense, fruity flavour with notes of bread and toffee. Malt varietals include 2-Row, Carastan, Special B and Munich. Hop Varietals include Chinook, Magnum and Cascade

Colour: Hazy Golden; Body: Light; ABV: 5%; IBU: 18. We partnered with Acquired Taste Tea Co. to bring you this saison. The phenolics and esters produced by the Saison yeast during fermentation provide some fruity and spicy notes commonly found in the style. These pair with the herbal and fruit characteristics of the Mango Sencha Tea to provide a beer that has a ton of flavour but still has a remarkably dry finish
