Takkal Mari is a dish where a whole chicken is placed in a salt soup. It is delicious to eat as it is, but you can also enjoy different flavors by adding condiments such as spicy seasoning 'Tategi' or 'Ami no Shio-ko'.
A popular menu item that goes well with alcohol, featuring the classic Korean dish 'Samgyeopsal'. It's also a hit with children! Be sure to give it a try!
This carefully crafted dish is a reimagined Korean cuisine made to be easily enjoyed by Japanese people. Start with our 'Homemade Kimchi' and give it a try!
Samgyeopsal (with Sanchu Set), Salted Samgyeopsal (with Sanchu Set), Deji Galbi (with Sanchu Set) - Tender pork shoulder loin marinated in a secret sauce. Recommended for children and meat lovers. One Deji Galbi (with Sanchu Set) - Approximately 2cm thick! A satisfying Deji Galbi. Perfect for a day when you want to indulge in meat! One Deji Galbi, Recommended Beef Offal Hormone Hachinosu Assorted 3 Types, Tteokguk, Half Tteokguk - In Korean, 'Tak' means 'chicken' and 'Hanmari' means 'whole'. As the name suggests, it is a proud soup made by simmering a whole young chicken with vegetables and kelp. Add noodles at the end and finish it all! It has no spiciness, so it is recommended for children. Putechige - Meaning 'army pot'. This pot, which is said to have become popular among the general public, was made and eaten by young people who had enlisted in the military using readily available ingredients. The soup, made with beef bones, is finished with a spicy kick. Representative ingredients include Spam, Korean ramen, and at Hongane, vegetables, mushrooms, tteokbokki, and kimchi are added to make it a hearty and nutritious dish. Kopchanchongol - Three carefully selected types of beef offal (beef hormone, beef geara, beef hachinosu) are spiced up with vegetables. A dish that goes well with both alcohol and rice. Takkalbi - A specialty dish from Chuncheon, South Korea. Chicken thigh meat and vegetables are seasoned sweet and spicy with gochujang sauce. The perilla leaves add a perfect accent and make it a perfect dish for alcohol. Noodle Set for One, Rice Set for One

Just a 1-minute walk from JR Chuo Line Hino Station. This is 'Korean Dining Honggane', an izakaya offering Korean cuisine! We carefully recreate the flavors of Korean dishes inherited from our Korean grandmother, making them easy for Japanese people to enjoy. We use authentic seasonings and ingredients sourced from Korea, ensuring a genuine taste while also accommodating those who may not enjoy spicy food. We are committed to providing high cost performance to ensure customer satisfaction, so please feel free to stop by!
'Takkanmari' is our signature dish! When you think of Korean cuisine, don't you imagine 'Bibimbap', 'Samgyeopsal', or 'Chijimi'? Of course, we also offer those popular dishes, but we really want everyone who visits us to order 'Takkanmari'! This dish might not be commonly found even in Korean restaurants. I would like to introduce the charm of this dish!
Dakgangjeong may be similar to the Japanese dish 'mizutaki.' When translated into Japanese, Dakgangjeong means 'a whole chicken.' As you can see in the image, it is a hot pot dish that includes an entire chicken! By simmering it with various ingredients over low heat for several hours, you can fully enjoy the rich flavor extracted from the chicken. By the way, 'Dakgangjeong' is not necessarily a traditional or home-cooked Korean dish... The charm of 'Korean Restaurant Honggane' is that you can enjoy such unfamiliar dishes that are not commonly seen in Japan!
