Robatayaki is a traditional Japanese method of cooking where various ingredients such as helmet shell, giant scallop, sweetfish, squid, octopus, clam, sazae, oyster, cod milt, scallop, whale, shrimp, horse mackerel, cod, abalone, anglerfish, eel, and beef are grilled or cooked in front of customers on an open charcoal grill.
