Oyster Shop

This is the signature dish of the oyster shop. 'Grilled Oysters' is becoming synonymous with Miyajima. Please enjoy the 'Grilled Oysters' that can only be tasted here, served at the perfect timing by the oyster craftsman with the longest experience on the island.

A value set that includes almost all the menu items from the Oyster House. The regular 'fried oysters' are upgraded to 'special selected fried oysters'. It includes 2 grilled oysters, small oyster rice, special selected fried oysters, oil-pickled oysters from the Oyster House, oyster red miso soup, and oyster house tsukudani. This is becoming a standard souvenir from Miyajima. It is bottled exactly as served in the store. The oysters can be eaten as they are, and the leftover oil can be used for pasta or dressing, allowing you to enjoy every bit.

Please enjoy the sweetness and flavor of the sea of the fresh oysters opened after ordering. Only an oyster specialty restaurant can provide 'live oysters'. *Limited period from November to March

This is a mixed rice dish cooked with oyster broth and homemade 'oyster sauce'. The 'kakimeshi' is cooked in a traditional earthen pot available at the store, topped with plump oysters simmered in oyster sauce.

We grill the oysters until crispy while coating them in oyster sauce. After that, we marinate them in grape seed oil for our new menu item 'Oyster House Oil Marinated'. You can enjoy the rich and concentrated flavor of the oysters.
