Ooyama Komugi is the name of a project that uses wheat produced in Tottori Prefecture. This is a meat udon original to Sawada Base, where you can fully experience the natural aroma and flavor of the wheat. It has a smooth texture and a good chew, making it easy to eat!

Kids size udon (not made with Oyama wheat) with a set of potatoes & nuggets, pudding, and juice (currently apple juice).

It includes three types: Tottori Prefecture Wagyu, Tottori Prefecture Pork, and Daisen Herb Chicken, along with vegetables. The cuts of meat may vary by day. Thank you for your understanding.

These are salt rice balls made with locally cooked rice. They are delicious when grilled over charcoal and can be made into grilled rice balls! Popular with children!

We used milk from Kishida Farm, where the cows are free-range and relaxed at the foot of Mount Daisen. It's rich and full of milk flavor♪

This is a smooth and cold jelly made with Sawada Base's carefully selected coffee. A refreshing taste for adults! The secret ingredient is brown sugar.
