This dish contains cabbage, bean sprouts, bell peppers, cucumbers, and ground meat, all mixed with the popular spicy chili oil and a special sauce with the unique characteristics of aged cherry blossoms. The sauce pairs very well with the vegetables, not masking their natural flavors but enhancing them. It is finished to ensure a strong coating while preserving the vegetables' original umami taste.
This is a tsukemen with a miso tan tan base, but it uses flat noodles for tsukemen and the amount of noodles is more than usual tan tan noodles. The flavor is richer than miso tan tan noodles, and it comes with a soup to dilute, so please enjoy it with your preferred taste. We use noodles made from 100% domestically produced wheat, and we have carefully selected them so that you can feel the quality of the noodles when you put them in your mouth and chew.
