The name 'Shun Gohan' embodies the commitment to using only the freshest and most delicious seasonal ingredients at their peak. Vegetables, fish, meat... every ingredient has its season, and at our establishment, we use only the rare and high-quality ones from that season. We offer ingredients that even food connoisseurs rave about. Additionally, we serve 'aged fish,' which is fish that has been matured in-house, concentrating its flavor several times more than regular sashimi. Whether grilled over charcoal or made into tempura, we select the best cooking methods to enjoy the true taste of the ingredients. The interior features a spacious counter where guests can enjoy their meals while watching the chef at work. We also have three private rooms available. Group reservations for up to 10 people are possible, making it perfect for various gatherings such as year-end parties, New Year parties, welcome and farewell parties, and girls' nights out. Our high-quality Japanese cuisine can also be utilized for entertaining guests in private rooms.
