With a buffet featuring locally sourced ingredients as the centerpiece, you can enjoy as much as you like—from smoothies and desserts to warm dishes. It’s a “luxurious island-time” brunch where you can relax at your own pace while soaking up the island vibe of Okinawa.

Starting August 1, we will be revamping dinner service at Restaurant Nankoku. Instead of the previous à la carte format, we will now offer a buffet-style meal where you can enjoy freshly prepared dishes from our live kitchen—including Japanese, Western, Chinese, and Ryukyu cuisine, as well as beef steak.
