A ramen shop that you never know when it will be open. A ramen shop where tastes differ. It's not enough for a chemically seasoned palate like mine. However, there are many people raving about it on social networking sites. I read somewhere that you were trained at a famous restaurant in Karatsu... When I was talking about this place with the owner of a famous restaurant in Iizuka, He said, "The owner there is very particular about his food. I wonder if they are often closed when the soup is not good enough. Sometimes there are ramen shops that advertise "no chemical seasoning" as the main feature of their ramen, But my taste buds are still invaded, so it's not enough for me. So, a suggestion! Something absolutely no other restaurant does! Restaurants all over the country! Next to the pepper on the table. "AJI-NO-MOTO" and "Hymie Next to the pepper on the table... Novel! Basically, we use no chemical seasoning, but please feel free to use it! What do you think? There are also non-spicy ramen in a spicy ramen restaurant! The tomato ramen shop I went to the other day had chicken shiranyu ramen for those who don't like tomatoes! Sushi restaurants have rust-free sushi! Coffee shops have sugar in their coffee 😁. Somewhere please adopt this idea 🙏.
