In Korea, when it comes to grilled meat, pork galbi is the most commonly eaten popular menu item. The meat, seasoned well with the original sauce, is large and thick!
You can only eat this at our restaurant in Yokohama. In Japanese terms, it is called 'yaki shabu'. We slice domestic beef rib meat very thinly until the fat melts, grill it to let the oil drip off, and then eat it. It is easy to eat because it is extremely thinly sliced, and it is soft and juicy.
Our Chuo Uchi Kalbi features thick and long pieces of meat, full of volume! Please grill it and cut it with scissors while enjoying it heartily.
This is a fluffy and chewy pancake made from grated potatoes. It is delicious whether eaten plain or dipped in sauce!
