Made by blending curry powder. No meat is used, plenty of vegetables are grated to bring out the flavor and nutrition. No oils such as salad oil or olive oil are used. A small amount of butter is used to add flavor and richness. The chunky texture of the vegetables gives a fresh and healthy curry.

This is a soup curry made with homemade consomme soup. Spices are added on the spot so you can adjust the spiciness. Please let us know if you like it spicy or if you are not a fan of spicy food.
