From the beginning soup stock to the appetizers. Then to the main course, shabu-shabu~. This course is recommended if you want to enjoy rooibi pork (shoulder loin, loin, belly, thigh, and ZAEMON's special Tsukune). The special Tsukune is made from a 9.6 mm diameter part of the arm, and is the most satisfying Tsukune you have ever had. To finish off the meal, we offer a choice of noodles (udon or chuka-men). This course is recommended if you want to fully enjoy ZAEMON.
From the soup stock to appetizers, you can compare rooibi pork (loin, belly, and thigh) shabushabu shabu shabu and finish with noodles. If you enjoy the KOEMON course, you will be able to understand what ZAEMON is all about. This is the course that you can enjoy.
