Daisen chicken is raised in the best environment surrounded by mineral-rich underground natural water, which is counted among Japan's top 100 famous waters, and clear air at the foot of Mount Daisen in Tottori Prefecture. It has thick, elastic meat with a moderate amount of high-quality fat, making it a flavorful brand of chicken. At our restaurant, we use a large amount of charcoal to grill the chicken quickly over strong flames, resulting in a fluffy and juicy delicious dish.
