This is a luxurious course that offers almost all you can eat from Akakara, plus many items not on the grand menu.
The neck part of the chicken, known as 'seseri', is characterized by its crunchy texture and tender mouthfeel. It is seasoned with a mildly spicy flavor, making it an addictive dish that pairs well with drinks.
A secret soup blended with Nagoya miso and red chili pepper, filled with ingredients such as Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, garlic chives, green onions, fried tofu, tofu, pork belly, beef offal, and meatballs. You can choose the spiciness on a scale of 1 to 10, and for an additional fee, you can also add Marony-chan or cheese.
