Our popular product made by kneading minced fish and taro with a traditional stone mill, and deep-frying it in vegetable oil. It has a chewy texture and is softer than typical satsuma age. Comes in a pack of 10.
You can enjoy it deliciously even with mustard, ginger, and shichimi. 20 pieces
Not suitable for oden. If it gets cold, you can warm it up in the microwave or similar appliance to enjoy it deliciously.
Each one is carefully prepared by filleting white fish, exposing it to well water, kneading it in a stone mortar, shaping it by hand, and steaming it. It is a specialty of our shop. It has a unique texture due to the hand-preparation process and is different from typical hanpen as it is firm and bouncy. It can be enjoyed as is, chilled for a sashimi-like dish, or used in soup or fried dishes. Comes in a pack of 5.

This is a fish cake made from only the flesh of white fish without using any binder, resulting in a 100% fish product. It has a firm texture and spreads the umami of the fish. Sold individually.
