The filling is a white bean paste made from high-quality Hokkaido adzuki beans, carefully cooked and mixed with fresh egg yolks. A harmonious blend of carefully selected ingredients creating a flavorful experience.

An arrangement of Ehime-grown Wenzhou mandarin oranges, bathed in plenty of sunlight, into cute bite-sized Moe. The dough contains Wenzhou mandarin freeze-dried powder, and the filling uses concentrated juice and puree. A confection that concentrates the rich sweetness and gentle acidity of Wenzhou mandarin.

The characteristic of the pie is the rich aroma of butter and a light texture that crumbles crisply. Skilled artisans pay attention to the condition of the dough and hand-weave it in multiple layers.
