Brooklyn Bar

Meet the tacos that don't just talk the talk—they dip, drip, and devour. These beauties are packed with 8-hour slow-cooked beef that's been marinated in magic (okay, fine—chilies and spices) and pan-fried to crispy, golden perfection. Each taco comes with a side of rich, beefy birria consommé—aka the dip of your dreams. Think of it as the taco's hot tub. Dunk it. Drip it. Go back for more. Top it off with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of grilled lime for that extra zing. Warning: they're messy, addictive, and you will will come back for seconds.

This ain't your average fish taco. We're talking crispy golden beer-battered fish, fried to flaky perfection and loaded into a pan-seared tortilla with melted cheese—because of course there's cheese. Topped with zesty jalapeño aioli, spicy crema, pickled red peppers, and a punch of fresh cilantro, it's a full-on flavour fiesta in every bite. Served with grilled limes for that smoky squeeze of sunshine. Crunchy, creamy, tangy, messy—just the way tacos were meant to be.

(OR JUST CASUALLY SG'S NO.1 FRIES) Not your basic bar snack. These crispy golden fries are loaded to the brim with oozy cheese sauce, rich seasoned beef, a drizzle of creamy mayo, and a sprinkle of chives and spice. It's messy. It's indulgent. It's the kind of fries you order "for the table" but end up finishing solo. Feeling more low-key? We've got a Regular Fries version too—just as crispy, minus the overload. Great for purists, or people in denial about ordering the loaded ones after. Perfect for sharing. Or not. No judgment.

Named after one of Brooklyn's boldest 'hoods, The DUMBO brings that same energy to your plate. We're talking crispy crust, spicy pepperoni that curls like it means it, gooey mozzarella, and creamy cheese dollops that hit just right. A light dusting of chives and chili flakes gives it that final mic drop. Want to keep it classic? We've got a cheese-only version that's all melty, no meat—same attitude, just vegetarian. This one's not here to be polite—it's here to take over your cravings.

One beef patty. Smashed hard. Griddled to perfection with crispy edges and juicy insides, then loaded onto a soft, toasted bun with melted cheese, pickles, and a hit of our signature sauce. It's simple, straight-up, and seriously satisfying—just like the burgers used to be before things got all fancy. Served with fries. Because you know better than to order it without. Old school flavor that hits like a classic.
