Our homemade special sweet bean paste has received so many compliments like 'delicious'. It has a firm sweetness, yet light, and the adjustment of the original flavor of the red beans and the saltiness makes it easy to eat without any drinks. The size is about 1.5 times that of a typical ohagi (about 130g), and it is fluffy and moist with 100% glutinous rice.
Ohagi is a soft and moist rice cake filled with homemade special sweet red bean paste, tightly wrapped and coated with fragrant kinako (roasted soybean flour). The harmony of the delicious sweet red bean paste, kinako, and the softness of the mochi rice is popular. The size is about 1.5 times larger than a typical ohagi (approximately 125g), but it is soft enough to be eaten in one bite.
This is an authentic 'bracken rice cake' made by blending bracken flour and several types of starch to create a chewy texture. Similar to ohagi, it is produced and sold with the concept of being 'delicious, large in quantity, and affordable'. Small (180g) for 280 yen, medium (300g) for 420 yen, large (480g) for 680 yen (all prices include tax). Limited quantity available daily.

Made with domestically sourced 'mountain vegetables' and 'aburaage' from a famous Kyoto restaurant, this mountain vegetable rice has a mild flavor with a soy sauce base and contains no additives.
