Salmon avocado salad is a refreshing salad made with smoked salmon, apples, avocado, and a tangy lemon dressing. It's a popular menu item at JB and sells out quickly :D We generously include well-ripened avocado halves and plenty of salmon in our salad :D
We make ricotta cheese in-store without using store-bought ones, and prepare it through the aging process :D We serve it with delicious fruits such as oranges and eggplant grapes so you can enjoy them together (we select delicious fruits depending on the store situation :D) The homemade ricotta cheese salad goes really well with yuzu balsamic dressing :D
