Seafood is the main course.
This is the easiest course to enjoy the tasty Date Akachicken.
This course allows you to fully enjoy Tochigi Wagyu, a brand of beef that represents Tochigi Prefecture.
Our chef will personally serve each dish using carefully selected local and fresh seasonal ingredients with his outstanding cooking skills. Only 6 persons per day will be served at the counter. Please enjoy the taste to the fullest. Please make reservations at least 3 days in advance. The omakase course will not be available from August 9 to 17.
Our chef uses carefully selected local ingredients and fresh seasonal ingredients to create each dish with his excellent cooking skills. The chef himself will serve the dishes at the counter for a limited number of 6 persons per day. Please enjoy the taste of the four seasons in Nasu, using abundant seasonal ingredients. Please make reservations at least 3 days in advance. Please note that the omakase course will not be available from August 9 to August 17.
