Please enjoy shabu shabu with seasonal fresh fish in a rich bonito broth and sea urchin soup. The final rice porridge is irresistible! In spring, autumn, and winter, we offer yellowtail shabu shabu, and in summer, we serve sea bream shabu shabu. Please order for at least two people.

A dish made with plenty of organic Kujo negi sourced from contracted farmers in Kyoto Tamba. Wrapped in pork belly and grilled over charcoal, it enhances the sweetness and aroma of the negi. Simply squeeze some lemon for a light salty flavor.
A dressing made by grating an astonishing amount of carrots, finished with natural sweetness, is truly a 'dressing you can eat' that has received great acclaim. This original salad, enjoyed with ripe avocado and tomato, is also a delight for the body.
