For meats other than the salt-grilled menu, we will serve them with sauce, but if you prefer, we can also prepare them with salt. We will serve the ordered types and quantities appropriately on plates, so feel free to order any type in your desired amount and timing, starting from one serving (the photo shows one serving each of Wagyu Kalbi, Hon-Wagyu Misuji, and Upper Harami). We are open continuously from lunch, with no time restrictions, so please relax and enjoy your time. You are also free to combine with set menus. If you are concerned about odors sticking to your clothes, we can provide a bag, so please feel free to ask.
