Our signature clam dish is served in a hot pot during the cold winter season. Enjoy our clam shabushabu-shabu, then vegetables and chicken gobo no tsumire in the clam broth, and finish with Asahikawa ramen noodles. In response to many requests, we have also started an all-you-can-drink menu.
Grilled clams will be served in order, three pieces per person, until you request to stop, even if you do not order them. Please enjoy the freshly grilled, plump clams. (Price varies per piece)
Asahikawa, the center of Hokkaido. Taking advantage of accessibility, we have sourced 'delicious items' mainly focusing on shellfish, octopus, and squid from various places in the region. Please take a look at our recommendations. (Prices are subject to market value)
Carefully selected squid from Hokkaido is finished with an exquisite drying process, concentrating its umami flavor. The squid dishes at Ichitoya are also uniquely different.
We have created a bargain set with fluffy rice balls made with 'Nanatsuboshi' and a soup with large clams. Please choose your rice ball from one of the following options: 'Ume' (plum), 'Katsuobushi' (dried bonito), 'Tarako' (cod roe), or 'Mama Special' (katsuobushi mixed with mayonnaise). There is also a single order of the clam soup available for 370 yen.
