This is a luxurious Japanese meal course! This course is designed to make you imagine what a luxurious Japanese meal at a ryokan would be like. Each person has his/her own Yose-nabe, and all the dishes are prepared at the beginning of the course, so you can start with what you like. Of the 11 dishes in the course, the last 11 are souvenirs. The reason for this is that we wanted you to have it for your evening meal after you go home or for breakfast or lunch the next day. For parties of 10 or more, karaoke will also be provided free of charge! (Normally 200 yen per song) This is a course that will warm your body and soul.
Let's go affordable! This is a simple meal menu, but recommended for those who want to have plenty of drinks and moderate snacks! This menu includes simple snacks and all-you-can-drink! We recommend you to order your favorite food separately! It is also recommended to use it as an after-party.
Unlike typical yakitori skin, only fresh chicken skin is used, and the preparation method involves wrapping the chicken skin around the skewer in a spiral. The sauce is prepared by marinating (dipping in sauce → grilling over charcoal → resting) for six consecutive days. When served to customers, the chicken skin skewer has a long and slender appearance, but please take your time to chew it well. It pairs excellently with alcohol and is a dish that even children will love.
