Yodare Chicken, written as 'Kousuiji', derives its name from the phrase 'so delicious that it makes your mouth water'. The taste varies completely from restaurant to restaurant, showcasing the individuality of the dish. Our restaurant's homemade chili oil and secret sauce create a complex aroma and flavor that pairs perfectly with Shaoxing wine and beer.

Using 'Kesennuma-produced Mako Shark'... there are many restaurants that offer this. However, Momotaniro uses ultra-select ingredients directly sourced from fishermen with whom we have long-standing trust and achievements, making procurement contracts difficult. This is a 'culmination of dedication' where the shark fin, which is the essence of the dish, is carefully prepared with high cooking techniques over more than 8 hours.

A gem that has impressed many Mapo Tofu fans. One bite and the aroma of homemade chili oil with garlic and spices fills your nose, while the specially blended sauce makes you feel the 'numbing spiciness' along with 'intense umami'. You will be hooked!
