Tonteki at a pork cutlet restaurant I went to a restaurant which is famous for fried rice and Tonteki even though it is a Tonkatsu restaurant. I guess they are open during the Bon Festival. It may sound intimidating, but I was just right to respond, "I'm not here for lunch, I'm here for the tonteki! The service is Showa-esque, but the owner and his wife are very nice (; ・・`д・´). Well, if you're going to have Tonteki, you'll need a big bowl of shredded cabbage and white rice, so I'll have to save the fried rice for next time. Garlic Tonteki 200g" 1,230 yen...............................................................! The garlic...yes, garlic for tonteki, and it's the kinteki that hurts (; ・・`д・´)...I completely forgot about it, so please forgive the people I met that day for smelling it ( ✧Д✧) 》! Unlike the glove-like pork sautéed in Mie Prefecture, this pork sautéed in a western style (๑-̀ㅂ́)و✧ is elegantly and mildly seasoned, and the meat is super tender (థ公థ...)This restaurant allows you to increase the meat up to 1.5 times for a good price, so if you're a foodie, this is the place for you! Let's start the week with pork and garlic to nourish our body and soul!
