Lunch at a popular udon restaurant in Saijo😄. Sakura Noodle Shop is always full of customers during lunch time, so we ordered cold 🛎👍 for summer! The noodles are firm and satisfying, and the bukkake broth is the perfect combination 😋. Add green onions, ginger, and tenkasu to your liking to make it even better 😋😋😋. You can also add a squeeze of lemon 🍋 for a refreshing taste change ✨. Unusually, I refrained from eating fried food this time and finished with udon only ✨✌️
