Three classic dishes from the bills menu are available for each person to enjoy one by one. A pre-dinner sunrise drink and homemade granola as a starter. The main course, Fresh Aussie Breakfast, is a light Aussie-style plate of poached eggs, homemade gravlax salmon, and colorful vegetables. It is also recommended to be served on toast.
