The lemons used as ingredients are harvested in Wakamatsu Ward, Kitakyushu City, from Anya and Tonda, and honey is sourced from Fujinoki Farm. The red color is achieved using vegetable pigments from purple sweet potatoes without any artificial coloring. This lemon sour is designed to evoke the red color of the 'Wakato Ohashi' bridge, a symbol connecting Wakamatsu and Tobata in Kitakyushu.
The new product 'Kitakyushu Lemon Sour Base Dry' uses Wakamatsu lemons, just like the 'Kitakyushu Lemon Sour Base'. It has almost no sweetness and features a strong, stimulating lemon flavor. It is refreshing and does not interfere with the taste of the food, providing a crisp flavor.
