The fruity aroma and hoppy, spicy flavor makes Troubadour Blond very easy drinkable and extremely refreshing. The full malty and slightly spicy body is followed by a mild bitter aftertaste. This with just the 4 basic ingredients of beer: water, malt, hops and yeast! Serving Sizes: Bottle
Slightly golden colour, extraordinary white head. We detect the soury smell of the Maracuja (passion fruit). Thanks to the sourness of the Maracuja, this beer is an excellent thirst-quencher during summer. And because of the freshness, this low-alcohol beer can also be served as an aperitif. Serving Sizes: Bottle
Very mild, sweet fruity beer, with an excellent balance between sweet and sour (a result of the fruit used). This makes the beer very enjoyable to drink. Serving Sizes: Bottle

The No. 1 Hefe-Weißbier in Germany and one of the world's favourites. Naturally cloudy and shining silky gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. At the first mouthful this Weißbier classic has a mild aroma of banana. Finer palates detect a trace of mango and pineapple and the balance between sweet and bitter. Beer connoisseurs appreciate the fine note of yeast and the mild but sparkling mix of aromas. It is a typical beergarden beer, which brings people together all over the world. Serving Sizes: Bottle

An unfiltered & unpasteurised APA from the west coast of Norway. Brewed with Amarillo, Chinook and Citra Hops. Although the hops are the dominating flavour and aroma, the beer is easy drinking due to its light body from the pale malts and caramel malt. It offers a golden colour with 45 IBUs, grapefruit, tropical fruit and floral hoppy flavours & aromas. Serving Sizes: Bottle
Our take on what we think a traditional farmhouse ale should be – bright, vibrant and refreshing. For this beer we take Pilsner malt and combine with oats to provide a biscuity base, and then overlay with Brewers Gold and Crystal hops, orange peel and coriander to create a citrusy and seemingly hoppy beer
Calypso roars with sharp, spritzy and mouth-puckering sensation, accented by tropical and citrussy hop aroma. It's clean, refreshing and always keeps you going back for more. Our sour showcase rotates the dry-hopping, so each brew offers something different and unique. This batch features X. Serving Sizes: Bottle
Cherry DarkThis black bitter uses US and Slovenian hops and is infused with cherries that subtly come through on the aftertaste
This is our ode to the nations favourite chocolate bar, made just down the road in Bournville. For this special edition of our award-winning chocolate milk stout we have taken a mix of chocolate malt, cacao nibs and lactose to produce a sweet creamy stout with a rich chocolate finish
Zesty orange and herbal notes on the nose, bring flavours of burnt orange, fruity, tart rhubarb with a quinine kick that finishes with a bittersweet and gently tart tickle on the tongue. Spritzy and refreshing; best enjoyed chilled. HOPS: T90 - Amarillo & Hallertau Blanc YEAST & SOURING CULTURE: WLP001 California Ale / Lallemand Sour Pitch (L.Plantarum) GRIST: Golden Promise, Wheat Malt, Crystal T50 & Munich Malt ADJUNCTS: Biter Orange, Gentian, Rhubarb & Cinchona
There's nothing quite as satisfying as a sweet, sticky doughnut. There's also nothing quite as satisfying as a cold, refreshing pale ale. They're satisfying in their own little ways. So what if they were combined? After a failed experiment with a pale ale doughnut - the beer just soaked into the dough and made it mushy - we decided to switch it up completely. The old switcharoo. Put the doughnut into the beer! Pump up the Jam combines the sweet jam flavours with a sweet bready malt base. It's a jam doughnut in a pint glass. No word of a lie. Imagine the best of a jam doughnut with the best of a beer. Chill it to perfection and fill a pint glass with it. Pump up the Jam!
The Micro Series is an exploration in the development of exceptionally flavourful beers with deceptively low ABVs. Our take on a tradition Kellerbier with a rich, munich malt base. This lager is full bodied & naturally hazy
We brewed this beer at our Staveley site in collaboration with @brickbreweryse15 as part of their 3 Peaks Challenge Collaboration. We took inspiration from Matt's Homeland New Zealand where trail mix is called 'Scroggin' to create a deep and rich Imperial Stout. Flavours of chocolate, nuts and raisin will be apparent from fruity Crystal malt, cacao nibs, pecans and peanuts with the addition of lactose to a decadent mouthfeel to complement the high ABV and rich ingredients. A percentage of the proceeds from the sale of these cans will go to Fix the Fells, a Lake District maintenance and preservation charity
This is the version brewed at Hawkshead not Crooked Stave. Key Lime Tau (2π) was brewed in collaboration with Hawkshead Brewery (UK) as part of the Trans-Atlantic Rainbow Project, a series that challenges brewers to come together and brew a beer inspired by a color. In its third year, the 2015 project involved seven UK breweries, each paired with a different American brewery and randomly assigned a color. Key Lime Tau (6.3% ABV), brewed to embody the color green, is a Mixed Culture Fermentation Ale aged in Oak with Lactose, Fresh Lime Peel and Fresh Lemongrass
A product brewed for almost 7,000 years, a quest for perfection that never ends. Citrusy, light and refreshing. To Eternity. Our flagship beer is a World Beer Cup award-winning session IPA that's low in ABV but high in hops. Appropriately named Eternal, this feather-bodied flavour bomb is fit to uplift your body and soul any time of day, any season of year. True to style, the recipe was envisioned to offer the hit of a generously hopped IPA, but with the sessionability of a classic English pale ale. Simcoe and Centennial hops dominate this light blonde beer with a swathe of tangerine aroma and a sublimely quenching citrus pith aftertaste that lingers on and on and on... eternally

This grown up fruit salad is as colourful as the most hideous Hawaiian shirt you've ever seen. It's super juicy and crammed full of fruity hop flavours that will have your mouth watering. Packed full of American hops, amplified by Peach, Passionfruit, Pineapple and Mango flavours!

A Modern Pale Ale packed with soft fruit flavours. Smooth, tropical and juicy. You've got to have Faith. Serving Sizes: Tallboy
For this patrons project, we're once again exploring the world of black IPAs. In a bid to test the boundaries of this style, this particular one is exploring the depth of flavour that can be achieved in the beer through the use of a multigrain base layer. The flavour is led by the earthy spice from the malted rye, whilst being backed up with the silky, nutty contribution of the oats. The dark colour essential to black IPAs has come from Carafa Spezial III and Sinamar. Taking what we learned from our last patrons project with Ricky Lightfoot and Moor, Watching Crag, we wanted to minimise the dark roast flavour and make a black IPA which is as soft and juicy as possible. The first hops went in at the whirlpool stage. We chose a favourite of ours in the form of Mosaic alongside Zythos, an unsung US hop which brings ripe pineapple and zingy grapefruit flavours. For the dry hop we used a double addition of the same two varieties but backed up by Amarillo for classic juicy mandarin notes. Serving Sizes: Tallboy
Seshwan can be drank all day and all night long. Serving Sizes: Tallboy
A thirst quenching session beer, Sour Suzy mimics a classic German brewing technique (sour mashing) to impart a light, refreshing tartness. No hop bitterness & very low hop profile. Sour Suzy is not your typical session beer – rather it delivers something a bit more obscure and intriguing. It drinks as refreshingly as a glass of lemonade. The grain bill includes a healthy portion of wheat, while citrusy hops lend bright notes to the aroma which are accentuated by the addition of Makrut lime leaves. Serving Sizes: Can
The New Style Collaboration with Yeastie Boys IPA brewed with jasmine green tea and Chong Sake yeast. 6,3% Alc. by vol. JK from Yeastie Boys came to Stavanger to brew up a modern day beer with a yeasty twist. We decided to go for something a bit different with using Sake yeast, which is known for its fruity esters profile. We mashed this one with a bit of rice and flaked barley to give it a light texture and keep some eastern style, as well as dry hopping it with Jasmine green tea and a generous amount of Enigma and Galaxy hops. The beer has a clear IPA character with a light sakeness at the finish. Appearance: Hazy pale Aroma: hoppy, fruity esters tropical like cantalopes Flavour: Hoppy, Slight melon & banana and a touch of umami koji from the fermentation Body: Light easy hoppy, with a yeasty twang Info: ABV 6,3% IBU 45 Original plato 14,3 Available on: 33 cl can 30 L Key Keg Best before: 9 months from filling date Ingredients: Malts: Pale malt, rice, flaked barley, oats Hops: Galaxy, Enigma Yeast: Chong Sake Yeast Other: Jasmine green tea
Formerly known as Dancing Bear until November 2018. Our first take on this most popular of modern beer styles. Munich and Golden Promise malts create the pale colour and classic backbone, while a concoction of Germany's finest Magnum, Saphir Whole Leaf and Hallertau hops deliver a refined bitterness and characteristic herbal hit. True to style we used soft water, a bottom fermenting yeast strain and extended cold maturation to deliver the style's distinctive subtle depth. A lightness of body and spritzy carbonation will make the beer dance on your palate and a refreshingly crisp finish will keep you coming back for more … Prost! Serving Sizes: Can
Cannonball is an India Pale Ale in the true tradition, high in alcohol and massively hopped to survive a long sea voyage. We don't want you to wait though, crack the cap and let the flavour explode on your palate. Tropically fruity, resinous hops compete against a sweet malty backbone, while a rasping bitterness builds to a mouth puckering crescendo. Our hop bomb might just blow you away! Serving Sizes: Can
Introducing the newest addition to our meticulous lineup of core range offerings, Lupuloid IPA, a 6.7% ABV India Pale Ale. The most notable thing is that it is our first straight up IPA, no funny business, just malt, yeast, water and hops. Lots of hops. I guess it only took us four years! Malt Extra Pale, Wheat, Flaked Oats, Acidulated Hops Citra, Mosaic, Equinox. Serving Sizes: Can
Our first ever sour beer! We have a soft spot for sours, and we love the rich, tangy flavours of Framboesia. Packed to the brim with the plumpest, juiciest little raspberries we could get our hands on. We've fired them into this kettle soured little vigilante like a drive-by in the fruit aisle. Splat, splat, splat! Serving Sizes: Can
The idea was to create a beer that we could drink from 8am in the morning, all day, every day! A brew that you could make your 'go to' at any time and still function. So we took decided that this needed to be low ABV, ultra-pale, crisp, light and bang on in your face with the hops! The name comes from an old Black Country term in the middle of England my Great Granddad used to shout on his way out the door: "I'm going down the pub for a pint of neck oil!" Basically he wanted to drink his favourite local beer on mass and lube his thirst after a long hard day in the foundry. This is exactly what we do at the brewery. It's our everyday, all day, go to Session IPA. Malt Extra Pale Hops Magnum, Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret, Mosaic. Serving Sizes: Can
"I'm terrified beyond the capacity for rational thought." This marshmallow porter has the classic roasty qualities of a proper dark ale, whilst the marshmallow gives it a smooth sweetness, both combining for a delightful, S'mores-like ale. A sweet treat for the cold winter nights. Our first brew of this luxurious dark ale sold out in just 36 hours! Available in cask and bottle. Serving Sizes: Can
Pale Ale + Orange + Guava Fruit and beer are a constant in our brewing repertoire. This beer combines a boldly hopped pale ale, brimming with Tropical fruit character from southern hemisphere hops. These flavours and aromas are then augmented by adding 3 of Brett's favourite fruits: Passion-fruit, Orange and Guava. Refreshingly light bodied and perfect for enjoying in the sunshine that is just around the corner. Serving Sizes: Can
Big Wave is light golden ale with a subtle fruitiness and delicate hop aroma. A smooth, easy drinking refreshing ale. The lightly roasted honey malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and also gives a slight sweetness that is balanced out by our special blend of hops. Serving Sizes: Can
Our first Tiny Batch Edition Graduate! First released as a TBE edition in June 2015, this was our experiment to find a strong, fruity IPA. It was such a success that we thought about it constantly for a whole year, and decided to bring it back in June 2016. It's spicy, citrussy, tropical and piney - everything you could possibly want in a keg IPA!
Goose Island's flagship IPA is a six-time medal winner at the Great American Beer Festival. We've taken the traditional English Style and created our own fuller flavored IPA with bright citrus aromas and a bold hop finish. With hoppy, bold, and smooth flavor, Goose IPA is the perfect beer for hopheads and discovery drinkers alike
DDH Pale Ale
This beer is dark strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring. Take the opportunity and go for the low hanging fruit, this sumptuous beer really is a plum!
We brewed our first ever Gose, a traditional thirst crushing north-German wheat beer! This collaboration brewed with Burnt Mill and Whiplash used a grist of 60% Wheat and 40% Pils malt and was soured with our house lactic culture. This beer had a subtle dose of coriander, a healthy amount of Irish sea salt to promote a smooth and round palate, and was dry-hopped with Sabro and Loral – it is tart, lemony and bright – bring on the sun!

The name comes from an old Black Country term in the middle of England my Great Granddad used to shout on his way out the door: "I'm going down the pub for a pint of neck oil!" It's our everyday, all day, go to Session IPA. Malt Extra Pale Hops Magnum, Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret, Mosaic. Serving Sizes: Can

True to style, the recipe was envisioned to offer the hit of a generously hopped IPA, but with the sessionability of a classic English pale ale. Simcoe and Centennial hops dominate this light blonde beer with a swathe of tangerine aroma and a sublimely quenching citrus pith aftertaste that lingers on and on and on... eternally
